Hi!  I'm Kim

Hi!  I'm Kim.  I love teaching yoga.  I've been teaching yoga for 25 years.  I've chosen to teach yoga from a fitness approach.  In my classes you will strengthen and stretch all major muscle groups through range of motion.  You will be gently challenged. 

All levels of fitness are comfortable in my classes.  Attention to limitations and modifications happens with comfortable ease.  I teach for muscular balance front to back and side to side.  My goal is to bring your body into balance and enable you to reach your own goals in your own practice. 

Our sessions challenge and bring you to a finale of calm, ease and a sense of well being.  You may walk in tired and stiff, but you'll always leave feeling taller, stronger, more energetic and happier.  I hope to see you soon.  Check out my class times and locations here.  Online sessions available.

I AM A 78+ YEAR OLD WOMAN.  I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING KIM'S YOGA CLASSES THREE OR FOUR TIMES A WEEK FOR 14 YEARS.  HER WONDERFUL INSTRUCTION HAS ENABLED ME TO CONTINUE MY USUAL ACTIVITIES OF CLEANING AND GARDENING AS WELL AS MORE PLEASURABLE ONES, SUCH AS SKIING EACH YEAR AND TRAVELING BY CAR OR PLANE TO VISIT FAMILY IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.  WITHOUT HER HELP, I WOULDN'T BE DOING THESE THINGS.  THE YOGA HAS CONSISTENTLY MAINTAINED MY FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND BALANCE ALL OF WHICH IS OF INCREASING IMPORTANCE WITH ADVANCING AGE.  ALSO WE HAVE A GREAT GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS OF ALL ABILITIES, - YOGA HELPS EVERYONE!

I'VE HAD SCOLIOSIS AND BACK PAIN FOR YEARS.  EVER SINCE I STARTED YOGA WITH KIM- NO MORE BACK PAIN!! I LOVE THE PEOPLE,  I LOVE KIM'S SOOTHING, RELAXING VOICE AND THE UPLIFTING ATMOSPHERE SHE ALWAYS CREATES!
